Welcome to ieBali Tour & Travel, operated by PT Keliot Trans Nusantara. By using our website, mobile platforms, or any of our services (transportation, tour packages, airport transfers, or rentals), you agree to the following Terms of Service. These terms outline the mutual understanding between you (the client) and us (the service provider).
1. General Terms

All services offered by ieBali Tour & Travel are subject to availability and may be modified, suspended, or withdrawn at any time.

Customers must be at least 18 years of age or accompanied by a legal guardian to make a booking.

We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual or group if deemed necessary for safety or operational reasons.
2. Booking & Payment

Bookings must include accurate passenger information, pick-up location, and timing details.

Full or partial payment is required to confirm your reservation, based on the type of service.

Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, credit card, debit card, QRIS, and international payment gateways (e.g., paypal).

All prices are quoted in USD and IDR (Indonesian Rupiah), unless otherwise specified. Additional charges may apply for overtime, toll fees, or additional stops.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
We aim to maintain fairness while ensuring smooth operations. Our refund structure is as follows:

✅ 100% Refund: If cancellation is made more than 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up time.
-
✅ 50% Refund: If cancellation is made 12–24 hours before pick-up.
-
❌ No Refund: For cancellations within 12 hours or in case of no-show.
Refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days to the original payment method. Any associated bank fees are the responsibility of the client.
4. Rescheduling Policy
We understand that plans change. Therefore, we offer:

✅ Free Rescheduling: If requested more than 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time.
-
❌ Not Eligible for Rescheduling: Requests made less than 24 hours before pick-up are considered late cancellations and are non-refundable.
Rescheduled bookings must be used within 30 calendar days of the original booking date and are subject to vehicle and driver availability.
5. Service Responsibility & Limitations
ieBali Tour & Travel strives to provide professional, timely, and reliable services. However, we are not responsible for:

Delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen events.

Personal items lost or left in the vehicle.

Medical emergencies or personal issues occurring during the trip.
We reserve the right to replace a vehicle with another of equivalent class in case of mechanical failure or scheduling conflicts.
6. Client Responsibilities
By booking with us, the client agrees to:

Provide accurate contact and travel details at the time of reservation.

Arrive at the agreed pick-up point at the scheduled time.

Follow safety rules and treat our staff and property with respect.
-
Take full responsibility for any damages caused due to negligence or misconduct.
7. Force Majeure
We are not liable for service interruptions caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to:

Natural disasters (earthquakes, floods, storms)

Civil unrest, war, or terrorism

Government restrictions or travel bans

Public health emergencies or epidemics
In such cases, refunds or rescheduling will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
8. Copyright & Content
All content on ieBali.com — including logos, texts, photos, and videos — is the intellectual property of PT Keliot Trans Nusantara or its partners. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.
9. Modifications to Terms
These Terms of Service may be updated at any time. Continued use of our services after such changes implies your acceptance. The most current version will always be available on our website.
